On Fibromyalgia 2

Generally, when a person suffers from a long illness for about three years, those around them become desensitized to the patient's illness and the pain they are experiencing. However, this is when most patients make a significant misjudgment: as the illness drags on, they desire their family to cling to them even more, feeling hurt by trivial matters, which is where conflict arises.

"I feel like I'm dying from the pain... even breathing is hard... I have to meticulously select what I eat, and I have to take strong medicine... but they eat whatever they want and won't even make me a single bowl of cheonggukjang stew! Oh, my miserable fate!"

[Translator's Note: Cheonggukjang is a fermented soybean stew, often considered a simple, healthy, traditional Korean dish.]

Things they would normally overlook if healthy can no longer be let slide because of their physical pain and suffering. They express complaints and dissatisfaction over small matters, which becomes a seed of discord within the family.

However, there is a crucial point to consider here. First and foremost, for patients to recover from their chronic illness, they must abandon a spoiled, dependent mindset. Even if they don't know the exact origin of their illness, they must recognize that their loving family did not bring them this pain. And even if their thinking doesn't extend to the naturopathic perspective that a "dirty gut is the root of all diseases," they must realize for themselves that they cannot be cured by blaming others.

From ancient times, patients have been told they must "eat well" to recover from illness. They believed that this would give them the strength to shake off the disease from their bodies.

In truth, this statement is not correct without considering one condition. No matter how precious or expensive the ingredients, they cannot nourish the body if the gut function is not activated. Master Gudang Kim Nam-soo treated patients for over 80 years. His method was to first activate the patient's gut function so they could eat and digest well. Only after that was achieved would he implement treatments to manage the disease. This was the secret to how Master Gudang saved countless critically ill patients.

[Translator's Note: Gudang Kim Nam-soo was a famous practitioner of traditional Korean moxibustion and acupuncture who was not a licensed oriental medical doctor, leading to legal conflicts with the established medical community.]

Unfortunately, we can no longer meet Gudang in this life. It is now difficult to find his highly effective treatment methods in any oriental medicine hospital or clinic in Korea. This is because the Association of Korean Medicine reported Gudang's acupuncture and moxibustion to law enforcement, belittled, crushed, and disgraced him, causing his lineage of practice to be all but severed. It is a truly regrettable situation. But just because he is gone, should we just give up and stare at the sky?

The idea that a "dirty gut is the root of all diseases" is a widely accepted fact in the West. It is clear that doctors who believe only in drugs and surgery and seek to increase their medical fees will not accept the concept of a dirty gut. At best, they might acknowledge constipation in the large intestine.

So, what does a "dirty gut" mean?

The majority of people believe they are healthy because they have one or two bowel movements a day. Prepare to be shocked!

The average person has 5-13 kg of impacted stool (sukbyeon) in their intestines, with an average of about 8 kg. The digestive tract—from the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small intestine, cecum, colon, rectum, to the anus—is about 8-9 meters long. As we live our lives, the weight of the years accumulates, and we are unaware that more and more impacted stool is building up as we age. If a newborn does not pass meconium within 48 hours, toxins begin to form in the body. If the baby is then fed dairy products instead of mother's milk, it makes matters worse by increasing gas production. Atopy develops for this reason, causing great suffering for the child. Even adolescents who suffer from atopic dermatitis have intestinal toxins as the main cause. What symptoms do you think appear when these toxins flow through blood vessels and travel along lymph nodes, stimulating the nerves?

As you know, it causes widespread pain, multiple tender points, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, tingling in the hands and feet, and cognitive dysfunction.

Hospitals in Korea and around the world have labeled this "fibromyalgia," employing a strategy (?) of instilling fear in patients and making them dependent on continuous prescription drugs. But while the patient's intestines are full of dirty feces or are caked on like burnt rice, generating toxins that attack the entire body through the blood and lymph, they try to manage it with prescription drugs that could be classified as toxins themselves. How could that possibly lead to a cure?

So, what is the foundation of the treatment method proposed here?

  1. It must be a method that does not cause more pain, even though it's hard to sleep and you wake up hurting everywhere.
  2. It must be a method that allows for slow, gradual improvement.

First, I recommend a method to completely empty the old bags of waste from your body = Gut Cleansing.

Second, you must enter cold water to automatically expel waste products from the body = Cold and Hot Therapy.

Third, separately consume 10-15g of jukyeom (bamboo salt) roasted 3 to 9 times daily, in addition to your regular dietary salt intake.

Fourth, I recommend several natural therapies, such as doenjang (soybean paste) poultices.

And one more thing:
Straightening a spine that is tilted forward, backward, left, or right, while simultaneously correcting the position of the internal organs.

Bowel Cleanse Method

For the best results in a short period, it is ideal to do this at a fasting center. However, many people may need to do it on their own due to cost or work commitments.

Diet:
Completely abstain from all meat and fish. You must also skip breakfast.

Prepare multi-grain rice with at least 50% brown rice, mixed with other grains such as beans, millet, sorghum, barley, and oats. Eat a generous portion of this rice with condiments like soybean paste (doenjang) and soy sauce, along with plenty of raw vegetables and pickled vegetables (jangajji).

Regimen:
Under these conditions, take one of the following on an empty stomach every morning and afternoon:

  • ★ 6-8 tablets of Magmil
  • ★ 2 packets of Oneul Haru Bium (one packet in the morning and one in the afternoon).

Expected Duration:
At a fasting center, it takes about two weeks (15 days) to eliminate more than half of the toxins built up in your body. However, when doing this on your own, you should plan for it to take at least three months.

Product Information:

  • Magmil is sold as a remedy for constipation at local pharmacies.
